Employees were updated on current progress and able to ask questions

MTC ran a series of ‘Creating Brighter Futures’ days for employees. Offering updates and new information, the sessions were open to anyone to attend from across the London Community Rehabilitation Centre (CRC), Thames Valley CRC, Rainsbrook STC or MTCnovo’s corporate office.

At the first event, held on Monday 18 March, Managing Director David Hood discussed the successes of the company, drawing particular attention to individuals across all offices who have demonstrated excellence in their roles. Other speakers, included Kirsty Blair (Chief Finance Officer), Richie Booker (Inclusion Manager) and Gabriel Amahwe (Director of London & Thames Valley CRC) among others.

After the individual talks and updates, attendees were invited to visit the ‘marketplace’, where stalls were set out by representatives across the business. The stalls provided information on multiple topics, including quality, employee engagement and the upcoming London inspection.

Such a good idea and always good to get people out of their normal day to day job to increase engagement in the business.
