Our services

We work with service users aged 18 and over ensuring they complete their probation order and have the right support to make positive life changes and break the cycle of reoffending. We provide a variety of services, Accredited Programmes and support from partners to help service users understand their actions and behaviours, making positive changes to reintegrate into their community. You can find out more about the particular interventions we offer on the Interventions page.

A tailored approach

Our qualified and experienced employees work with service users to understand the reasons for their offending, and what support they need to make positive changes. By tailoring how they work with each service user, probation officers ensure that they are engaged, driven and focused on how they can change and reintegrate into their community.

Probation Officers have access to a wide variety of interventions and tools to help them inspire service users, including Accredited Group Work Programmes, multiple online toolkits and Rehabilitative Activity Requirement (RAR) programmes developed in-house. Our Probation Officers use tailored combinations of these to help service users accept their own actions and move onwards.
